I was thinking it might be good to start a thread on this topic. We know Harry and Hermione's OWL results for sure, and are hinted as to other chacters. I believe all the cannon info can be found here for OWLs (http://harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Ordinary_Wizarding_Level) and here for NEWTs (http://harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Nastily_Exhausting_Wizarding_Test).
Anyway, first the cannon OWLs, just so you know:
Harry's OWLs
Astronomy: A
Care of Magical Creatures: E
Charms: E
Defense Against the Dark Arts: O
Divination: P
Herbology: E
History of Magic: D
Potions: E
Transfiguration: E
Hermione's OWLs
Arithmancy: O

Charms: O
Are you seeing the pattern?
Defense Against the Dark Arts: E
Herbology: O
History of Magic: O
Muggle Studies: O
Potions: O
Study of Ancient Runes: O
Transfiguration: O
Now to move into the realm of theory and assume Ron's OWL grades.

Astoronomy: A
Care of Magical Creatures: E
Charms: E
Defense Against the Dark Arts: E
Divination: P

Now to guess the trio's NEWTs. I know only Hermione returned for her 7th year, but maybe Harry and Ron took them without taking that year's classes, thinking they learned enough and could get by just studying for their NEWTs.
Harry's NEWTs

Ron's NEWTs

What a shock?
Anyway, any other thoeries. I'll post more of mine later.

History of Magic is unlocked in Year 5 of Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery. The class is taught the ghost of Professor Binns and is notorious for being the most boring class in Hogwarts. This is reinforced when Binns falls asleep almost immediately after the start of your first class.

Multiple familiar characters from the book series make an appearance in History of Magic. There will be lectures from Nearly Headless Nick, a portrait of Rowena Ravenclaw, Nymphadora Tonks, Rowan Khanna, and even Peeves. However most students will spend time goofing off as Professor Binns sleeps or remains completely oblivious.
History of Magic will reward the Knowledge attribute and is a bit different than the other classes. There is no shape tracing minigame. The expanding circle mini-game is replaced with the Sense Hexes activity (as seen in Defense Against the Dark Arts) which involves tapping to screen at a steady rate to lift a scroll into a specified area. And the majority of the time you will be answering a History of Magic specific question. For example an 8 hour class will generally feature 4 questions and 1 Sense Hexes mini-game.

Sense Hexes Activity

Tapping or holding a finger on the screen will raise the scroll, the speed at which it raises depends on how rapidly the screen is tapped. You will want to tap the screen at just the right rate to keep the scroll within the green marked area, keep it there for 5 seconds and you win. There is a 30 second time limit on completing the Sense Hexes activity.

Magic is the use of supernatural forces or agents to forecast or control natural events. It is an additional force of nature that is present on the Boiling Isles. 1 Description 2 Known magic users 3 Known spells 4 Gallery Magic, once invoked, has the ability to manipulate other natural forces. A spell, the most basic unit of magic, is an invocation of magic that accomplishes a specific change. The Symbolism of the Owl in Different Cultures The owl was an important totemic animal in ancient Greece where it was used as a representation of the Goddess Athena; the goddess of wisdom. Also, the owl was an important totem in ancient Egypt, in Celtic Europe, and in Hindu philosophy.

  1. In many African countries, the owl is associated with sorcery and baneful magic. A large owl hanging around a house is believed to indicate that a powerful shaman lives within. Many people also believe that the owl carries messages back and forth between the shaman and the spirit world.
  2. Secret Owl Society is a hidden, fraternal Order that uses the owl as its trademark exerting a hidden yet continuous and measurable influence on world affairs, undetected by scholars, journalists, and historians. Its most recent manifestation is at the mysterious 'Bohemian Grove,' located at California. Its members, possibly those same scholars, journalists, and historians, are well-versed.
  3. HOM-OWL Lessons 1) History of Magic Ordinary Wizarding Examination The professor is waiting outside the Great Hall, allowing the Ministry of Magic proctors to set up the exam, with an encouraging smile on her face, answering all last minute questions that students ask.

Finally we will go over all questions which can be asked in History of Magic class. Check out our Class Guide for a full list of general questions that can be asked in any class.
